Our busy lives mean feeling tired is common. You may experience fatigue after working crazy hours at work for weeks on end, recurrent colds or viral infections, having a high level of stress or you might just feel like you’re not running at full capacity. Extreme fatigue can be a common symptom when recovering from a bad virus, adrenal fatigue, exhaustion, burnout and chronic fatigue. It can also be associated with conditions such as hypothyroidism, insomnia, migraines and allergies.
Apart from keeping your body moving through active exercise and activity, our bodies require adequate hydration and nutrition and enough down time in order to feel our best. Sometimes though, we need the extra support to enable us to make the changes needed to get us out of the rut.
Chinese Medicine has a unique medical framework used to diagnose and assess the body in quite a different way to mainstream biomedical medicine.
